1How to request a refund
- Email [support@yourdomain] within 14 days of your purchase date.
- Use the email address you bought with, and include your order number (it's in your receipt).
- A one-line reason is appreciated — it helps us improve — but it isn't required.
We aim to reply within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days, back to your original payment method. Timing on your statement depends on your bank or card provider.
2What's covered
- Any one-time purchase of the AI Policy OS (Core, Pro, or Team / Agency) within the 14-day window.
- Optional add-ons purchased at checkout, within the same window.
- Duplicate or accidental purchases — just let us know.
3What's not covered
- Requests made after 14 days from the purchase date.
- Requests where there is clear evidence the full kit was downloaded, redistributed, or used in breach of the Licence Terms (e.g. shared or resold) — refunds are for buyers who changed their mind, not for keeping the files for free.
- Subscription renewals after the period has begun — see Section 4.
- Chargebacks filed without first contacting us (please give us a chance to make it right).
4Subscriptions & updates
If you subscribe to ongoing updates, you can cancel anytime to stop future charges. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current paid period continues until it ends and is generally non-refundable once started, unless required by law. You can cancel from your account or by emailing us.
5Digital goods & your statutory rights
The Products are digital goods delivered instantly. This guarantee is something we offer voluntarily, on top of — and without limiting — any non-waivable rights you may have under the consumer law that applies to you. Where mandatory consumer protections grant you greater rights, those apply.
6Merchant of record
Payments and refunds are handled by our payment provider [e.g. Lemon Squeezy / Stripe], who may act as merchant of record and appear on your statement. Refunds are issued through the same provider used for your purchase. Their terms may also apply to the transaction.
